The Franklin Bulls moved to the top of the Sal’s NBL standings and remain the only unbeaten side after a 105-71 thrashing of the Otago Nuggets in Pukekohe on Thursday night.

In front of a sizeable crowd at the Franklin Pool & Leisure Centre, the Bulls out-scored the visitors in each quarter and got better and better to run away with the contest in the final quarter and improve to 4-0 on the season.

Luther Muhammad led the Bulls with 25 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals in a stat-stuffing line.

Jamal Brantley scored 16 points and pulled down nine boards while Sam Timmins had 14 points and nine rebounds.

Earlier, the Bulls went down to the Nuggets 29-25 in Rapid League action.
