Franklin Softball Association and Counties Manukau Softball and two local members have been shortlisted for awards at the Softball New Zealand annual awards.
Franklin and Counties Manukau are two of six associations nominated for the overall Association of the Year award – lining up alongside Auckland, Canterbury, North Harbour and Otago.
Franklin’s Lawrence Joseph has been nominated for Domestic Coach of the Year while Johnny Hewett had been shortlisted for Administrator of the Year.
Counties Manukau have Tunisia Anderson nominated for Administrator of the Year, Regan Bailey and Skylah-Breeze Joyce for Personality of the Year, as well as Matty Hicks and Michelle Kingi nominated for Domestic Coach of the Year.
The awards ceremony is held in Auckland on May 4.
