The Franklin Bulls have improved to 3-0 on the Sal’s NBL season after an impressive 101-83 win over the Manawatu Jets at Franklin Pool & Leisure Centre on Sunday.
The Bulls hot start to the new season continued as import guard Luther Muhammad powered the home side with 24 points, five rebounds and 10 assists.
Ethan Rusbatch added 22 points and seven boards while Sam Timmins had 17 points and Isaac Davidson 15.
Earlier in the day, the Bulls picked up their first win in Rapid League thanks to a 43-34 win over the Jets.
