Counties Tennis Association will welcome the resurfacing of their two main exhibition courts at the Counties Tennis Centre in Pukekohe in the coming months.
The organisation was able to successfully apply to NZ Community Trust for the funding to make the improvements possible.
It has been nearly 20 years since they had been resurfaced and were badly in need of a facelift.
The venue is closed at present due to the COVID Alert Level 3 that Auckland is currently under but the 2021-22 summer season is fast approaching.
