Pukekohe Swimming Club will supply a quarter of the New Zealand team that will represent at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games.

Tokyo Paralympic gold medallist Tupou Neiufi headlines a three-strong contingent and is joined by Andrew Jeffcoat and Joshua Willmer.

Jeffcoat will contest the men’s 100m backstroke and the 50m backstroke while he has permission to start in the men’s 200m backstroke.

Willmer will compete in the men’s 100m breaststroke SB8 and has permission to start in the 100m backstroke S9 and 100m butterfly S9.

Neiufi will enter the 100m backstroke S9 (S8) with permission to start in the 100m freestyle S9 (S8).

The Commonwealth Games begin in late July.
