Maramarua 1 has won the final of the Premier Gold grade at Pukekohe Netball Centre on Saturday after edging the Huskies 1 53-50 to complete the perfect season.
The win means Maramarua 1 defends the title they won a year ago and completes a season in which they went through the championship round unbeaten.
Huskies put up a good fight, making the highly favoured Maramarua side earn their win.
Whitestar Phoenix proved too good for Pythons 2, beating them 50-46 in the Premier Silver Final.
Fusion Sentinels were crowned Premier Bronze champions after they accounted for Maramarua 3 38-19 in the final.
