A local Counties Manukau gymnast and coach have been selected to represent New Zealand at World Cup events next year.
Havana Hopman and coach Tracey Redhead will compete in rhythmic gymnastics at World Cup events in Sofia (Bulgaria) on April 8-10, Tashkent (Uzbekistan) on April 15-17 and Baku (Azerbaijan) on April 22-24 next year.
Both were announced as having made the team by Gymnastics New Zealand on Thursday.
They represent Counties Manukau Gymnastics, which is based at Bruce Pulman Park.
