Waiuku AFC and Mangere United have been confirmed in the NRF League One football competition this season, making the jump up over summer.
The two club’s men’s first teams will join other local clubs Papatoetoe AFC, Papakura City and South Auckland Rangers in the eight-team competition.
Manurewa AFC will look to back up their phenomenal 2023 campaign in the Northern League – the sole local side in the topflight.
Franklin United earned promotion up to the LOTTO NRFL Championship for 2024 and join Manukau United and Onehunga Mangere United in the division.
Beachlands Maraetai AFC are the only local side competing in the NRFL Northern Conference this season.
Franklin United, Manukau United and Onehunga Sports will enter their women’s first teams in the LOTTO NRFL Championship division this season while Onehunga Mangere United and Papakura City join Beachlands Maraetai AFC in the NRF Women’s Conference.
Competitions begin March 23.
