Champions have been crowned in the U21, U19 and U17 grades at the latest Predator New Zealand Junior 10 Ball Tour event in Pukekohe.

Sheridan Burmester won a tense U21 title after edging Kieran Dempsey in the final. Dempsey jumped out to a 3-1 lead before things started to go wrong. He missed two 9-ball opportunities in the following two frames, which allowed Burmester to tie the score at 3-3.

Dempsey went for the power break but jumped the cueball off the table. Burmester calmly and methodically cleared the rack to win another close match between two good players peaking at their best.

Henry Nguyen beat Jeremy Ho 7-4 in the U19 final.

That result reversed the results from their opening round match, which Ho won 7-6.

Blake Burnard won his maiden title in the U17 final, beating Genesis Tagaloa 4-1.
