Kiwi motor racing star Shane van Gisbergen has been listed at position 10 in the prestigious Autosport Top 50 drivers list for 2022.
The renowned motorsport publication’s annual list features the who’s who of world drivers.
Supercars star and Counties Manukau product Van Gisbergen was the highest ranked New Zealander – two spots ahead of Formula E star Mitch Evans and seven spots above Indycar star Scott Dixon.
Other Kiwis to feature in the top 50 were Brendon Hartley (#22), Tom Blomqvist (#26) and Scott McLaughlin (#28).
Formula 1 world champion Max Verstappen topped the list.
