A pair of hole-in-ones have happened in the space of a couple of days at Onewhero Golf Course during the past week with local golfers celebrating the rare feat.
On Sunday, Justin Katipa scored his first ever hole-in-one on the ninth hole while club regular Glenn Wilson recorded his first career ace this afternoon.
Conditions were perfect on both days as many members took advantage of the warmer weather and the ongoing COVID Alert Level restrictions.
Unfortunately for both Katipa and Wilson, the clubhouse is not open under current restrictions.
