Pythons V.S.N maintained their unbeaten start to the Premier Gold netball season at Pukekohe Netball Centre on Saturday with a 73-26 victory over Maramarua 2.
The warm favourites were never troubled and cruised to a comfortable win.
Maramarua 1, also unbeaten so far this season, had their game against Tuakau A postponed due to COVID.
Patumahoe Blue gained bragging rights in the battle of the best of the rest as they accounted for Tuakau 1 61-45 to sit third outright on the table.
St Joseph’s Margie scored a telling 70-47 win over Whitestar Phoenix to continue to hold a share of the competition lead in Premier Silver.
Patumahoe Teal kept pace with them however, as they comfortably beat Patumahoe White 46-34.
Fusion Alpha collected their first win of the season as they won 46-30 over Patumahoe 1.
Maramarua A maintained an unbeaten run in Premier Bronze as they defeated Fusion Beta 37-20.
Te Kohanga Pango also stayed unbeaten on the back of a 40-25 victory over TK Rugby Gold while Fusion Warrior edged Maramarua 3 25-20 to move up to third.
