The Counties Manukau Heat inside back combination of Arihiana Marino-Tauhinu and Hazel Tubic have been named to start for the Gallagher Chiefs Women to face the Blues at Eden Park on Saturday.
Chiefs Women’s coach – Counties Manukau’s own Chad Shepherd – has named Langi Veainu on the left wing while prop Leilani Perese, lock Harono Te Iringa and midfield back Shyanne Thompson have all been included on the bench.
The historic match begins at 4.45pm as a curtain raiser to the Super Rugby Aotearoa clash between the Blues and Chiefs.
