The EnviroNZ Franklin Bulls will have the sixth pick and the 15th pick in the Schick Cup 3X3 draft after the order was confirmed by Basketball New Zealand last night.
Bulls captain Denhym Brooke will make the selections on August 25 for the competition that is set to run in October, COVID pending.
The Nelson Giants will have the first pick with Northland United, Hawke’s Bay Hawks, Otago Nuggets and Auckland Huskies all making their selections before Brooke gets his first choice.
The remaining teams – Wellington Saints, Canterbury Rams, Southland Sharks and Taranaki Mountainairs – will have their first picks to complete round one before the snaking format sees the Mountainairs make their second pick to kick-off round two and working backwards from there.
