The Franklin Bulls have won all three games they contested in the Schick Cup 3X3 competition on Thursday to move up the leaderboard.
The Bulls picked up wins over Waikato University, West Coast and a big win over top-of-the-table Whai from Tauranga.
It means they improve to 4-2 on the tournament and hold third place in Pool A.
One more pool game awaits on Friday – a 1.05pm clash with the Hawke’s Bay Hawks before a cross-over game with Pool B that will determine a quarterfinal berth.
