Champions have been crowned at the Counties Tennis Association Age Group Championships held at Counties Tennis Centre on the weekend.

Vaughn Cameron, Toby Johnson and Jasmine Bonello stood out, picking up a couple of titles each.

Cameron (Pukekohe) won the 14U boys’ singles and partnered with Liam Nai (Pukekohe) to take out the 14U boys’ doubles. He defeated Nai in the singles final.

Leo Wynyard beat Zach Moloney (both Pukekohe) in the final of the 12U boys’ singles.

Moloney and George Vaughan (Pukekohe) claimed the 12U boys’ double title after they beat Otis Barry (Hunua) and Carter Meachen (Waiuku) in the final.

Johnson (Pukekohe) did the double in the 10U grade – beating Flynn Lundon (Pukekohe) in the singles while teaming up with Oliver Johnson (Pukekohe) to beat Lundon and Tomas Sanchez Ros (Pukekohe) in the doubles final.

Bonello (Pukekohe) starred in the girls’ 14U grade – winning the singles title after beating Joshika Somarouthu (Papakura) in the final.

She then partnered with Charlee Lundon (Pukekohe) to win the doubles final over Somarouthu and Elizabeth Haworth (Patumahoe).

Catherine Tegmann (Bombay) defeated Amy Kirkham (Pukekohe East) in the final of the 12U girls’ singles.

Autum Shaw (Pukekohe) won the 10U girls’ singles over Olivia Kirkham (Pukekohe East).
