The Pukekohe Pythons Rugby League club is set for a massive year in 2021 with some big changes on the horizon that look set to propel them to a new level.

The club has been working hard behind the scenes to put in place a plan to grow support significantly within the community and make the sport more accessible.

Plans are afoot for a new home ground that will have all the bells and whistles rival clubs take for granted. The expectation is they will be in their yet-to-be-named new home in time for the 2021 season starting.

Registrations are currently underway and the club expects to field teams in the U6s, U8s, U9s, U14s, Senior Men and Women’s grades at the very least.

They are on the look out for prospective coaches and encourage anyone interested to get in touch with the club.

A skills and registration day will be held on Saturday February 20 and is open to any player – boys, girls, men and women from 5-30+.

All registrations will go into the draw to win a pair of boots valued at $100.
