Each week Counties Sports Hub will name the Counties Manukau Cricket Association Form XI in Premier Cricket.

The selections are based on recent form and are updated weekly.

See who earned selection this week.

Sam Varcoe (Karaka)
The left-hander collected his second century of the season on the weekend as he helped his side defeat archrivals Manukau City. In addition to helping Karaka get off to a strong start, Varcoe is the captain of the Counties Manukau senior men’s side.

Aryandeep Mann (Weymouth)
Mann has been a little hit and miss to the start the season but when he’s on he has been a key run-scorer for Weymouth. He gets the edge in our Form XI thanks to his ability to open and his wicket-keeping, edging out the likes of Le Shur Vermeulen and Aue Parima by a small margin.

Luke Williamson (Karaka)
The Karaka skipper continues to have a major impact on games both with bat and ball. While he missed out with the bat last weekend in a rare fail, Williamson grabbed four wickets to help his side defeat Manukau City.

Sandeep Patel (Manukau)
Patel has been in sparkling form this season, scoring runs almost every innings and helping lead his club side. The Counties Manukau representative put together one of the finest performances of the season against Karaka, scoring 161 and taking some key wickets as well.

Dan Power (Karaka)
Power makes his way into our Form XI for the first time this season thanks largely to carrying his Karaka side a fortnight ago. Without their rep stars, on the back of losing early wickets and horrible injury, Power kept his nerve to help Karaka post a total they could defend. It backs up some early season scores as well. He pips the likes of Fraser Farrell this week.

Pankaj Kumar (Weymouth)
Kumar continues to be the key contributor for the Weymouth side – helping them with both bat and ball. He enjoyed a phenomenal start to the year and while he’s cooled off just a little, he continues to score and collect wickets.

Scott Johnston (Manukau)
Johnston holds his spot in our Form XI thanks to terrific form in the T20 competition and a hot start to the Spark Regional Comp. He was quiet by his standards in the rep game but is a key cog in the Manukau City wheel.

Reid Somani (Pukekohe)
Somani has been the key bowler for Pukekohe this season and continues to pick up wickets. The Counties Manukau rep also captains his side and has scored key runs on more than one occasion this season – picking up a top score of 71 on the weekend.

Finn Williams (Southern)
The left arm spinner earn his first selection in our Form XI as he continues to take wickets for Southern Counties. He has also picked up some handy runs for the team batting in the middle to lower order. That sees him picked ahead of David Kingham and Rajan Bhatia.

Andrew Goodare (Southern)
Goodare has been a constant source of wickets for his Southern Counties side and continued that on the weekend with a couple more Pukekohe scalps. In addition, he scored some key runs for his side while he made his Counties Manukau rep debut a fortnight ago.

Blair Lovett (Pukekohe)
Lovett gets his first nod in our Form XI on the back of some terrific form with the ball for Pukekohe over the past few weeks.
The new ball bowler has consistently taken wickets and secured four against Southern Counties on the weekend.
