The Franklin Bulls have filled their crucial point guard position with the signing of American import Joshua Scott.

The Thomas University alum has spent most of his professional career playing in Europe, where he was recruited by incoming head coach Sebastian Gleim.

Most recently he played in the Slovakian Extraliga for MBK Handlova, starting and averaging 17 points, 5.4 rebounds and almost seven assists in 33 minutes.

“Joshua is a point guard with four years’ experience in Europe. He’s played in different countries and leagues and has developed as an elite player,” said Gleim.

“We want him to lead the team with his pace, pick and roll skills and IQ. At the same time we want to help him be a better player and help him on his journey.”

He joins a roster that includes Isaac Davidson, Ethan Rusbatch, Sam Timmins, Dom Kelman-Poto and Jordan Hunt.
